EquipHotel Paris, billed as the "Home of Hospitality," runs November 2–5, 2026, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It's Europe's premier hospitality trade show, organized by RX, and last edition drew roughly 80,000 professionals, 1,200 exhibitors, and visitors from 133 countries across four sectors: Design, Wellbeing, Tech & Services, and Foodservice.

The 2026 edition carries the theme "Hospitality in Motion," with an immersive programme of content and experiences spotlighting the industry's evolution. Beyond the show floor, EquipHotel features expert panels, competitions and awards ceremonies, and curated inspirational areas aimed at decision-makers working on capital projects, procurement, and strategic growth.

Notably, this edition is also the debut host for HITEC Paris (November 5), HFTP's newly launched European technology conference — so EquipHotel now doubles as the entry point for HITEC's programming in Europe.
