HITEC Tokyo 2026

HITEC Tokyo marks HFTP's first-ever HITEC event in Japan, running December 2–4, 2026, at Ariake GYM-EX in Tokyo. It's co-located with the first Hospitality Tech EXPO, produced by RX Japan, which targets hotel management and decision-makers across the growing East Asian and ASEAN tourism markets.

The partnership pairs HFTP's established HITEC programming — education sessions and technology exhibits — with RX Japan's regional expo infrastructure, and is intended to launch HITEC Tokyo as an ongoing annual fixture based in Tokyo going forward.
